As a marketer myself, I consistently need to track, monitor and analyze my implemented marketing campaigns, gain a better insight into our customers’ digital journey, review analytics on social media data, and automate marketing to ensure lead conversion and lead tracking.
On February 16 at the IBM PartnerWorld Leadership Conference in Orlando, Florida, we were awarded the IBM Beacon Award as a finalist for Excellence in Marketing – awarded to us for developing and executing marketing analytics in-house to achieve the goals I mentioned above.
This prompted us to launch a new offering called Marketing Analytics 2 Action (MA2A) for our customers, marketers and sales teams around the globe. MA2A is a set of tools that provides social media and predictive analytics, customer intelligence, marketing automation and more.
