Senior Correspondent, Anandi Chandrashekhar wrote an article telling about how a database of around 22 million users was breached and up for sale on the dark-web.

According to Cyble, the database, including usernames, emails, and passwords, was up for sale on May 3 for $2,000. @Unacademy confirmed that necessary information related to 11 million learners, and not 22 million, had been compromised but said that no sensitive information such as financial data, location, or passwords had leaked.

Fortunately, no sensitive information was leaked, such as financial or location, but the situation at hand was hazardous to the employees of the companies that were violated. Large companies like Google, Facebook, Cognizant, and others were victims of the breach.
